Tortilla Making Class -
We are excited to offer our Tortilla Making Class again this fall! We will host the class the evening of September 17th at the Volland Store in Wabaunsee County. In this class, you will learn how to make your very own flour tortillas from Arturo. This interactive class will allow you to mix the dough so you can get a feel for the proper consistency of water to flour ratio, you will also try your hand at rolling out your own tortillas and cooking them. Then you will get to enjoy your homemade tortillas with a fiesta-style dinner highlighting Pacheco Beef!
